Hey all,
Just thought I'd drop you this link that I've found to be pretty current regarding what's going on in Lake Arrowhead:
http://rimoftheworld.net/
You just need to keep hitting "refresh" because they update the page pretty frequently (every half hour or hour).
It looks to me like the fire is down by the golf course in the Grass Valley area (at the end of the golf course closer over by MPH, the middle school). The site says around 120 houses have been lost and 2000 are threatened. That area has a lot of houses pretty close together. It is really close to Alpine (maybe a half mile or mile). If you go to Alpine's web site it says they have evacuated everyone.
