On a totally different news front, we're currently waiting to hear regarding our offer on a duplex in Lake Geneva. It's newly on the market, it fully rented, and cash flows nicely. We hear there is another offer on the table, so we'll see where this goes. At this point there may be multiple counter offers, or so Marcy, our realtor extraordinaire, tells us. Complicating things is that the owner has been "very sick" (Marcy's words) over the weekend and into yesterday. Supposedly, the owner and his realtor are going to meet this morning to review the offer(s).
